Thank you for your interest in participating in the 8th edition of the Festival of Embassies.
On this page, you will find all the essential information for festival participants. Currently, you can access the link to the Reenio registration form, as well as accompanying documents that provide instructions on how to complete your registration and details on the updates for 2025.
As the event date approaches, we will also share a map of booth placements, along with rules and organizational information, as well as parking permits for the festival. All these details will be added here gradually.

Registration for the 2025 edition is now open and available through the new reservation system Reenio.
Registration through the Reenio system is very intuitive, and we believe it will save time for both the organizers and you, the festival participants. Please note that registration for the 2025 edition can only be made through this system, we are unable to provide registration via email or phone.
Below, you will find two documents available for download.
The first document, Instructions for the Registration, provides step-by-step guidance on how to complete the reservation form on the Reenio website.
The second document, Pricing and Registration Process, contains information on how to cancel or modify a reservation, pricing details for 2025, invoicing, procedures for multiple entities participating under a single embassy, and other useful information.
Below, you can download the 2025 terms and conditions, which must be confirmed in the registration system.
